Managing your bookings

Do you need to amend, cancel or update your existing booking? This article explains how!


To manage your bookings, make sure you're logged in to the Hello Mums website and then click My Account. Within My Account, click My Bookings. 
Here you'll be able to see your upcoming bookings as well as your previous bookings.

If you need to change the times of an upcoming booking, simply click on the booking you wish to change. Then, on the booking page, scroll down and click the Edit button. You'll then be able to change the start and/or end times after which you'll receive an email confirmation of your update.

If you need to cancel an upcoming booking, simply click on the booking you wish to cancel. Then, on the booking page, scroll down and click the Cancel button. You'll then be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the booking after which you'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. Please note our cancellation policy here.
