For pre-booked bookings (defined as any booking made six or more hours prior to the scheduled start time), a minimum of six hours' notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide at least six hours' notice will result in Tembo Care levying a charge equivalent to 50% of the booking.
In the event of a same-day booking (a last-minute reservation made for the current day), clients are requested to cancel within 30 minutes of the original request time. If you cancel a same-day booking more than 30 minutes after the carer has been assigned to the booking, Tembo Care will charge 50% of the booking.
