  2. The Law
    1. As a Member of the Hello Mums Website you agree not to engage in activities that could be construed as indecent, offensive or otherwise illegal nature. Any such activities may result in prosecution by the England and Wales authorities under the relevant Criminal Acts including, but not limited to the Computer Misuse Act 1990, the Protection of Children Act 1978, the Criminal Justice Act 1988 and the Prevention of Harassment Act 1997. Members are advised that Hello Mums cooperates fully with all law enforcements agencies in the England and Wales and other regions as well. Members are also advised that the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) imposes numerous duties upon Hello Mums. Hello Mums co-operates and adheres (if insofar as it is applicable) with the DPA and the enforcer of the DPA; the Information Commissioners Office. Under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, Hello Mums is in general not liable for any criminal or pecuniary penalty for any unlawful acts carried out using our service unless we have actual knowledge of those unlawful acts.
  3. Security
    1. Members are advised that login names and passwords must be kept secret and not be communicated to any third party. If you are using our service as an Employer then you are advised to keep your password and login details to those members of your organisation and or household that needs to know these details. Should you lose, forget or misplace any of your login details you are advised to notify Hello Mums immediately.
