At Hello Mums we have a thorough vetting procedure for all of our nursery staff and we know all of our team personally; they're part of our family. Every member of our team has been checked via the government's Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), previously known as the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and has been trained in Paediatric First Aid. They have at least two years experience in childcare, have exceptional references and, most of all, they really love children and are proud of their profession. Additionally many of them are NVQ qualified nursery teachers, qualified midwives, qualified preschool or school teachers and are OFSTED registered.
