We always try and assign the most suitable babysitter for your booking. However, many of our babysitters have other commitments and therefore not all of them will be available for the specific times of your booking.
If you've chosen any of our babysitters to be your "favourites" then we'll always try and assign one of these to your booking.
If you haven't chosen any "favourites", or your favourites are not available, but you've had other babysitters before then we'll try and assign one of those babysitters.
Lastly, if we can't assign a "favourite" or a "repeat" babysitter to your booking, we'll assign the babysitter that lives closest to the address you've selected for your booking and that matches your preferences, if you've set any (you can set your preferences in My Account > My Preferences).
