We want to make managing your bookings as straightforward as possible!
- Your carer will submit their start and end times, including any breaks, right after completing each booking.
- The very next working day after your booking, you'll receive a "Timesheet Approval" email from us with the exact details the carer has submitted.
- We kindly ask that you approve the timesheets through our website. Please complete the approval or request a change online within 48 hours. If we don't hear from you, we'll assume the submitted hours are correct.
- You'll have the option to either approve the timesheet as is or easily request a change by simply indicating the correct hours your carer worked. For further information on timesheet approval, please click here.
