How do I submit the hours the carer worked?

We want to make managing your bookings as straightforward as possible!
  1. Your carer will submit their start and end times, including any breaks, right after completing each booking.
  2. The very next working day after your booking, you'll receive a "Timesheet Approval" email from us with the exact details the carer has submitted.
  3. We kindly ask that you approve the timesheets through our website. Please complete the approval or request a change online within 48 hours. If we don't hear from you, we'll assume the submitted hours are correct.
  4. You'll have the option to either approve the timesheet as is or easily request a change by simply indicating the correct hours your carer worked. For further information on timesheet approval, please click here
