What forms of payment do you accept?
We are cashless and all bookings are paid by credit or debit card which you need to add to your account at the time of making the bookings.
Please note that we do not accept Childcare vouchers or Child Tax Credits as payment.
How much is the booking fee?
For every booking you make via Tembo Care we charge £18/hour via your nominated debit or credit card. This includes the carer's rate and our fee as well.
How do I pay Hello Mums?
We take payment by debit or credit card through Stripe Pay online payment processing.
How much do I pay if the booking overruns by less than 60 minutes?
Carers submit a timesheet after a booking is completed and they provide the exact start time and end time. Once you have approved their timesheet, your card is charged for the approved amount.
Do I have to pay all the hours I booked even if I come back home early?
Yes.
Do I have to pay the carer for travelling time?
No.
Do I need to pay for a taxi home for the carer?
We kindly ask you to pay for a taxi for bookings ending after midnight.
