Hello Mums Reward Points are our way of thanking you for your loyalty. You can earn points in a variety of ways, including via our Refer a Friend scheme, and you can exchange them for money off future booking fees or for shopping vouchers.

Recommend us to your friends and then the next time they make a booking with us, or become a Hello Mums member, we'll give both you and your friend the number of points shown in the table below. You can refer as many friends as you like. To start referring your friends, click here to go to the Rewards section of your Hello Mums account where you can email your personalised referral link or share it on social media.

Refer a friend who makes a booking = 100
Refer a friend who becomes a member = 400

In addition to earning Reward Points via our Refer a Friend scheme, there are other ways to earn points:

Introduce us to a friend who hires a full-time live-out nanny through us = 15000

You can exchange your Reward Points for money off future bookng fees or you can exchange them for Amazon, John Lewis or Argos vouchers.

To exchange Reward Points for money off your next booking fees, just add one or more bookings to your basket and you'll see an option to redeem some or all of your points against the booking fees.
