To maintain the highest safeguarding and quality standards, all carers who have been inactive on the Hello Mums platform for 24 months or more must complete a reinterview process before returning to work.
Here’s what this involves:
Reinterview A short video call with our team to confirm your current availability, experience, and right to work. We’ll also update your preferences and profile information.
Document & Record Update We’ll need to check and update your essential documents (DBS, First Aid, etc.) and review your previous work history with Hello Mums.
Mandatory Training You’ll be asked to complete any compulsory Hello Mums Academy courses before you can take bookings again. These courses are free and designed to keep your knowledge current and aligned with EYFS standards.
