How do I cancel a booking and how do I get a refund of the booking fee?

You may cancel any bookings you have made in the “My Account/ My Bookings” section or you can email us at info@hellomums.co.uk and we will cancel the booking for you and confirm that your booking has been cancelled. 

We do not refund booking fees, unless we are unable to provide you with a babysitter.
