You should give at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel a job.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the job's start time, we may deactivate your account for one week.
If this occurs on multiple occasions, the settings we work with will deem you unreliable and we will not be able to offer you jobs.
So please try and keep the jobs you take and cancel with plenty of notice.
