We understand that sometimes an emergency can happen, but otherwise, it's at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel a job. If you cancel within 12 hours, we will deactivate your account for five days. If it happens again, we will deactivate your account for a month. So please try to give us as much notice as possible, but generally don't cancel jobs if possible.
Ultimately, every nursery relies on you when you take a job, therefore, if you do not give enough notice of cancellation they will most likely not want to have you in their nursery and will deem you unreliable.
