In the Preferred Offers you can see the jobs that meet with your current preferences and align with your qualification level and the certificates you hold.
In the Other Offers you can see jobs that are not in alignment with your set preferences but they are still available for you to take.
At times, this page may be empty because the jobs have been filled by another carer. For more information on this please visit the

Important to note that settings often have their repeats or/and favourites, which enables these carers to access specific job opportunities before they become widely available.
If the setting appreciates your approach and is satisfied with your work, they will likely consider you one of their preferred carers. In that case, they will request to add you to their list of favourites.
There may be instances where certain settings have specific requests, such as not wanting particular carers to return to their setting. In such cases, those jobs will not be offered to the specific carers, but they will still be available to others.
