If you want to control how often we email/text you regarding job offers you can go to My Preferences using this link

My job offers frequency to
-As soon as possible
-Every hour
-Every 3 hours
-Every 6 hours
When you have finished please make sure you click safe at the bottom right corner.
If you would like to only see jobs close to your home you can go to My Preferences
https://www.hellomums.co.uk/my_account/preferences and write in the maximum distance you are willing to go to work.
For example 5 miles or 10 miles, but bear in mind if you set it too low you might not see any jobs. In that case, go back and put in a higher number. As soon as you have set the distance please click safe at the bottom right corner.
