There are multiple ways how to access the details of your carer.
1. Whenever a booking is confirmed, we send you a notification via email. This email includes a direct link to your carer's profile.
2. Each day when you have a booking with Tembo Care, you receive an email detailing all necessary information about the carer's booked including their DBS reference and a link to their profile for your convenience.
3. You can also access information about your booked carer by looking at your bookings in your account on our website.
