We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the cancellation process as easy as possible for you!
You can cancel your booking up to 6 hours before it's scheduled to begin.
To do so, please follow these simple steps:
- Log in at www.tembocare.co.uk
- Navigate to your bookings
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click 'cancel'. You're all set!
You will also receive an email confirmation of the change for your records.
Important Notice on Cancellation Timings:

Pre-booked bookings (made 6 or more hours in advance): We kindly ask for a minimum of 6 hours' notice. If a pre-booked booking is cancelled with less than 6 hours' notice, a 50% charge of the booking will apply.

Same-day bookings (last-minute bookings): Please cancel within 30 minutes of the original request. If you cancel a same-day booking more than 30 minutes after the carer has been assigned to the booking, Tembo Care will charge 50% of the booking.
