How do I cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the cancellation process as easy as possible for you!

You can cancel your booking up to 6 hours before it's scheduled to begin.

To do so, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Log in at www.tembocare.co.uk
  2. Navigate to your bookings
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click 'cancel'. You're all set!
You will also receive an email confirmation of the change for your records.

Important Notice on Cancellation Timings:

  • Pre-booked bookings (made 6 or more hours in advance): We kindly ask for a minimum of 6 hours' notice. If a pre-booked booking is cancelled with less than 6 hours' notice, a 50% charge of the booking will apply.
  • Same-day bookings (last-minute bookings): Please cancel within 30 minutes of the original request. If you cancel a same-day booking more than 30 minutes after the carer has been assigned to the booking, Tembo Care will charge 50% of the booking.
