Online Booking (Quickest): Simply log in to our website using your provided details. Add your required time and date, and click "book." Our system will immediately start searching for the perfect carer for your needs. Please note that online bookings must be made at least 6 hours in advance.

Email Us: You can send your request to bookings@tembocare.co.uk. One of our team members will get back to you promptly to confirm the details.

Call Us: Feel free to give us a call on 020 3893 3336 between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm on weekdays. We're happy to assist you over the phone!
If you wish to book a specific carer (for example, a highly qualified specialist or to accommodate a special request), please contact us directly via phone or email so we can personally assist you with the arrangements.
A quick note: Our phone lines can sometimes get busy. To ensure we receive your request promptly, we recommend sending an email to bookings@tembocare.co.uk, and if calling, please also leave a voicemail.
