Can I extend my booking?

If your booking is currently happening please inform us at bookings@hellomums.co.uk so we are aware that the childcarer has been requested to stay longer. In the overall majority of the cases, the childcarers are happy to stay longer, but please always make sure that you check with them first before informing us of your request.

If your booking is in the future, you can simply log in to your account and amend the hours you need. Alternatively, you can email us at bookings@hellomums.co.uk and inform us of your request and we will update the booking for you.

If your booking is completed already there is nothing for you to do as each childcarer submits their timesheet at the end of their working day and we will know about the time change which you can approve the following working day via the Timesheet Approval email we send to you.
