Statements: Each week on Tuesday you receive a statement of accounts from Hello Mums along with an unpaid invoice statement. This might include just one invoice, but if you are a big nursery or a group of nurseries it might mean dozens of invoices per week. The statements inform you of your outstanding balance.
Payment period: We issue statements on Tuesday for the bookings completed during the previous week. Then you have until Friday the same week to review any invoices and payments are requested on the same week on Friday.
For example: Bookings made and completed between the 1st and 5th of May (Monday to Friday) On the 9th of May you receive the statements and you have until the 12th to debate any invoices. Payments are then either taken or requested to be paid on the 12th.
Payment menthods: - bank transfer If you chose to pay by bank transfer please kindly make sure you send the sum over to the bank account details provided on the weekly statements. - card payment You may add your card details to your account with Hello Mums. In this case we will charge your card on the nominated Friday for the outstanding sum.
