Adding and Verifying a Bank Account

In order for us to be able to pay you for your Hello Mums jobs, you need to provide us with the sort code and account number of the bank account that you wish us to pay in to. You can do this by clicking the link below and scrolling down to the Payout Details section:

Once you have added your bank account, we'll verify that you have given us the correct bank account details by transferring a small amount of money (known as the "verification payment") to your bank account. This normally happens within three working days of you adding, or changing, your bank account details. We will then send you an email asking you to log in to your bank, find the "verification payment" and reply to the email with the exact amount that we sent you (you can also send us a screenshot if it's easier).

The verification payment will be sent from "Rona Trading Ltd" and will have a payment reference of "Verification" as per the example transaction below:

Once we've received your reply with the exact amount, or with a screenshot of the transaction, we'll mark your bank account as "verified" and you will then receive payments for your jobs in to this account.

Please make sure that the bank account details in your My Account are always up to date. You can change your bank account at any time but please note that you will need to go through the verification process each time you change your bank account.
